ROBLOX is perfectly child-appropriate, so I don't know where you got that from. There are moderators working in overtime 24/7. In fact, if you wish for there to be absolutely no risk of whomever you are asking this about seeing anything inappropriate, there is a feature that allows players to choose from only drop-down menu chat. This will filter out anything that could possibly be inappropriate.

Don't be fooled by BlockLand. It has poor moderation compared to ROBLOX, and there is no super-safe feature like there is in ROBLOX. You could try Lego Universe when it comes out, but it's insanely expensive. All in all, don't fool yourself; stick to ROBLOX, it's the closest you're going to get.
