How do you get hr 4 quests on monster hunter freedom 2

To get from HR3 to HR4 you must complete the following missions:
The Runaway Diablos
Valor in the Swamp Zone
The King's Domain
The Queen's Descent
HR3 Urgent Quest(Unlocked once the other four missions are done)
