Guide to 99 str in f2p

Ok first you finish tutorial. OK at lvl 1 str you train at chickens located near cows or in a farm, after when you have reached 15 str you go to cows and train there until 30 str and make sure you pick up there cowhides and sell them at the grand exchaneg. after 30 str you can train at coackroaches which are in the security of stronghold. they are also good for leveling up combat, train there until 50-70 then once you have chosen the level in str you want you can go and train on the giant spiders in room 3 in stronghold of security. you can train there to 99.

This guide is also the same as members but you can train on things like rock crabs and green drags and exc.
