What is the difference between the navy and the air force

The navy is an army but they use water equipment like boats and underwater boats, e.g subs
The air force is an army but in the air, they use there planes and helicopters to get to far areas, or if something spreads

e.g Zombies- Missiles will be used
Monsters- Missile use
