How do you move red block in forest temple in orcaina of time

You need (I think they're called) the Gold Gauntlets or something like that,you get them at the desert place I believe, where you also get the mirror shield. For a complete and accurate answer I suggest that you get the game guide...wait I have it somewhere....nvm it would take ages to find, or you could probably find the info on a game site such as supercheats or gamespot.
