How do you make hair on the sims 2 body shop

Ok First u go to create parts on sims 2 body shop and click start new project. Then u go to geneitics and go to the hair u want to adjust then u click the export folder icon near the bottom and name ur hair then click accept or whatever it says then something comes up after that and u exit out of it trust me and a thing pops and click the check mark then u go to my documents on start and then EA Games then sims 2 then projects then the one u named and u have to open it up in ur editing progam (paint shop pro, photoshop,etc. but GIMP is really good and its FREE!)that's how far i got but whatever i go to the hair and then go back to bodyshop it is the same oh and when u go to the porjects folder and click the folder u named ur hairstyle the first one in color is one that u can recolor etc. and the second one the(one in black in white that is called alpha at the end is the one that u can change the length. If you add black to any part it erases hair and if u add white it makes it longer but that's all i know so hoped i helped u out!!!
