What is computer and what are the benefits and drawbacks of using it

There are benefits of computers and drawbacks. e.g. They cannot understand customer feelings and emotion, they can perform easily automated tasks, they cannot adapt to the unexpected, they can perform reptitive tasks accrurately ( unless your computers are stuffed, or more advanced. either way). So computers are great for organistion but are terrible as companions. If you use them appropiately they can help.
