game. This is proven by the fact that Nintendo tried to sue Ralph
Baer (the creator of the first true console, the "Magnavox
Odyssey") and invalidate Ralph's patents with the above statement
that "Tennis for two" was the first. The court ruled in favor of
Baer, because "Tennis for two" lacked the use of video signals.
