Can you download an action replay for ds

No, or at least i don't think so, i tried everything i could to do that, i even wnt to Google and found this: Using Action Replay Codes on your R4/M3 Simply
clink the first linke you see on the page, and it gives a guide so you can do use an action replay on ur r4 of m3, that didn't work too, and that's the most you can do
but you cant download an action replay for ds you buy em' and buy an exact copy of a game to be able to use the action replay.
