How do you recover health in two worlds 2

Well, this dose not totally answer your question but it helps out some. I have found this statue called "Earth Alter of Throglin that is suppose to give endurance I guess but It heals you to 100% as well. So, that is an option if you can find one close by.

You can make potions but need to gather the ingredients ans make them. Not sure of whats needed yet myself for I have just started this game.

Also, I guess there are cure spells to be either gotten or made I think. Might need to google that to make sure though.
