Start by holding the device perpendicular to the ground. Then, spin in circles. That's how you spin the windmill.

First, you move your ipod touch/iphone to the right then you turn it upside down and then you turn it to the right again. Once you finish doing that, you have to turn it right once more which should be right side up. Then the windmill should be spinning and you just have to wait.
