Prizerebel is your best bet. It will take about an hour and a half to get enough points for a 10k NX prepaid card and another couple days for them to email you the code. It is 9 points, with most surveys yielding about .5 points to 1 point. You don't need to enter any personal information attached to your nexon account. I have a false email account which I use only for confirmations because it does clog up your email with spam.

You could also try the surveys on the Nexon website but those don't pay off too well and don't seem to credit as often.
