Can you play Nazi Zombies on the PC with out a disc

The game is Call of Duty World at War or Call of Duty Black Ops. The name you are using is nothing but a slang for the game played on a zombie mode map for those games. It is not even Nazi Zombies and only some of the maps have zombies that are nazi's. The games can be played using downloads of the full game and the updates for Call of Duty World at War available for $19.99 from amazon as an 8GB download for the PC
You can probably play on steam but that's it.
