Toontown when toontown is apdating in the morning what time does it open again

It closes at 12:00 and opens at 12:30. Sometimes it closes earlier and longer. Edit: So not true!!!!!! I played on it all night toontown doesn't close!!!!!!!!! she said WHEN it does, it doenst adapt every morning, chill!
