What level does Sneasel evolve at

First, make Sneasel hold the sharp Claw. Then wait until night time (8:00 PM) and level him up and he'll evolve. (Note: The Sharp Claw will be gone once he levels up with it. You might want to duplicate it first before using it.)
You need to give it a Razor Claw to hold, then LvL it up at night
