If the god of war 3 would be on PC

I EXTREMELY doubt that would happen, it would be WONDERFUL, but it was made for the PS2 only and for God of War 3 it'll probably only be on PS3 since Sony only wants to get the money. Besides that it would be near impossible to port God of War to PC because of the little mini game button sequences, beyond that the graphics alone could kill most PC's expect the most newest and gameing made.
