Are there any glitches on Mafia Wars

A friend of mine was playing and on level 20, he deposited his earnings from his properties, and in stead of depositing 80,000 the game glitched and deposited 2,000,000,000 yes that's 2 BILLION dollars, I'm not sure what caused this but I witnessed it, it did happen.
