What do you do after you beat all of the villains on Super Power Island

Due to media confusion, Ned Noodlehead gets the Island Medallion. Be sure that you have a hot dog (from City Park), and go to the comic book shop. Ned is too busy to be a superhero, so he will swap you the Island Medallion for a hot dog.
