first you paint it green then you put on the hat and paint it yellow now take off the hat and rotate the ball 1 time then put on the hat and paint it orange now take off the hat and rotate the ball 1 time and put the hat on and paint it orange repeat this step 1 more time and then rotate the ball 7 times
