The prices for most items tend to rise and fall. You can check any item's current price by going to the RuneScape homepage and hovering over "Community," then by clicking "Grand Exchange." Search the item (for example, maple logs) you would like to know the current price of. Every item's price is updated daily. Or, if you would like to check in-game, you can always walk to the Grand Exchange and choose "buy," then search for maple logs. The object will pop up, along with its selling/buying price. Have fun :D
