Bear in mind that it is illegal to download the game without ownership already.

There are several places you can download them, but emuparadise.org would be a place to start. They have the game there. Once you have the game, you'll need to download a PS emulator, but I don't believe they have any ones that work, or any ones that require you to have the actual disks.
