Yes there is. It is advertised all over the web using a hot chick to draw you in. It is similar to Empire Earth, though very updated, and you are able to play against other people on line.

There are other great on line interactive games that are free as well, which are put out by IGG, such as Voyage Century (my favorite...just awesome!).

The catch with all of these is that if you want extra special items, you need to buy them through their Item Mall. They are 100% playable without paying for anything, with fantastic graphics and thousands of players live on line 24 hours a day. Some have higher spec requirements for your computer then others, but there is a great variety of games to choose from.
