Wrong sir(?), There are games with bigger rosters. I think the biggest roster is Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 it has 161 playable characters on it's roster. Mortal Kombat Armageddon had 63 characters.
Actually you are both wrong. Fire Pro Wrestling Returns has the biggest. Right when you start the game, there are 300 characters you can choose from and you can create up to 500 more, totaling up to 800 characters, more than 4x the size of DBZ:BT3's roster; but I think that DBZ:BT3 could be #2.
