How do you get to rank 4

Step #1 - Make new Networker Friends
Go to Milly P Enstock's page and make friends with Scrap Yard Joe. From Scrap Yard Joe's page make friends with MacRacer, Pedalman Wheelie and Radia. Step #2
Go to Radia's page and trade 7 Blue LEGO Bricks for the Solar Collecting Module Blueprint. Put at least one Solar Collecting Module on your page, so you can grow Yellow LEGO Bricks. Step #3
Go to Scrap Yard Joe's page and trade 5 Blue LEGO Bricks for an Engine. You will be coming back here to get lots and lots of Engines. Step #4
Go to Radia's page and trade an Engine for the Solar Power Cell Blueprint. Step #5
Go to Scrap Yard Joe's page and trade him a Giant for the Merchobot Module Blueprint. When you set this up, you can harvest 1 Tire a day. Every click on the module gives a chance that one of your Friends will receive some Tires. Try and trade for Tires to get more. You need a minimum of 33 Tires to build one each of the cars, plus 3 tires for the masterpiece. So if you build one of each car (to make all 6 tracks) and the masterpiece you need a total of 36 Tires. If you build two of each car, one for each track and one of each to race other people, then you need a total of 69 Tires. If you already have enough Tires from your Friends, then you can skip this step. Step #6
Go to Pedalman Wheelie's page and trade him a Solar Power Cell for a Race Car, Rank 1. Mail Pedalman Wheelie an Engine for a Race Track, Rank 1 Blueprint. Once you put the Race Track, Rank 1 on your page, you need to load it with a Solar Power Cell to race. After each race, you will need to load another Solar Power Cell. If you see a harvest button, then you can harvest your Victory Ribbon. You will only get one Victory Ribbon per harvest. As of the begining of March 2008 you need 10 Victory Ribbons to make one Victory Trophy. You need 5 Victory Trophies to make the Speedy Motorcycle Masterpiece and one Victory Trophy to trade for the Speedy Motorcycle Masterpiece Blueprint. Every BFF Module you make takes 5 extra Victory Ribbons. Step #7
Go to MacRacer's page and trade him a Solar Power Cell for a Stunt Car, Rank 1. Mail MacRacer an Engine for a Stunt Track, Rank 1 Blueprint. Once you put the Stunt Track, Rank 1 on your page, you need to load it with a Solar Power Cell to race. After each race, you will need to load another Solar Power Cell. When you see the harvest button, then you can harvest your Race Track, Rank 2 Blueprint. Once you get the Race Track, Rank 2 Blueprint, you do not need to use this track again. Step #8
Mail Pedalman Wheelie a Tire to get a Spoiler. You will do this again for more Spoilers later. Go to Pedalman Wheelie's page and trade him 2 Solar Power Cells for a Race Car, Rank 2. Once you put the Race Track, Rank 2 on your page, you need to load it with a Solar Power Cell to race. After each race, you will need to load another Solar Power Cell. When you see the harvest button, then you can harvest your Stunt Track, Rank 2 Blueprint. Once you get the Stunt Track, Rank 2 Blueprint, you do not need to use this track again. Step #9
Go to Scrap Yard Joe's page and trade him a Tire for Shocks. Mail Scrap Yard Joe a Solar Power Cell for a Muffler. Go to MacRacer's page and trade him 2 Solar Power Cells for a Stunt Car, Rank 2. Once you put the Stunt Track, Rank 2 on your page, you need to load it with a Solar Power Cell to race. After each race, you will need to load another Solar Power Cell. When you see the harvest button, then you can harvest your Race Track, Rank 3 Blueprint. Once you get the Race Track, Rank 3 Blueprint, you do not need to use this track again. Step #10
Mail Radia a Tire for a Carburetor. Mail MacRacer a Tire for Nitro. Go to Pedalman Wheelie's page and trade him 3 Solar Power Cells for a Race Car, Rank 3. Once you put the Race Track, Rank 3 on your page, you need to load it with a Solar Power Cell to race. After each race, you will need to load another Solar Power Cell. When you see the harvest button, then you can harvest your Stunt Track, Rank 3 Blueprint. Once you get the Stunt Track, Rank 3 Blueprint, you do not need to use this track again. Step #11
Go to MacRacer's page and trade him 3 Solar Power Cells for a Stunt Car, Rank 3. Once you put the Stunt Track, Rank 3 on your page, you need to load it with a Solar Power Cell to race. After each race, you will need to load another Solar Power Cell. When you see the harvest button, then you can harvest your Victory Trophy Blueprint. Once you get the Victory Trophy Blueprint, you do not need to use this track again. Step #12
Go to Radia's page and trade her a Victory Trophy for the Speedy Motorcycle Masterpiece Blueprint. You will need 80 Blue LEGO Bricks, 40 Yellow LEGO Bricks, 5 Victory Trophies, 1 Engine, 2 Tires and 1 Nitro to make the Speedy Motorcycle Masterpiece to become Rank 4.
