How do you beat sonic heroes

When You are on the final boss (metal overlord), use you're spin dash to destroy his crystals and jump and press B to destroy his missiles. When u have team blast, use it to hurt him. U have to use it 5 times to destroy him. when u do it 2 or 3 times, he'll use chaos control & use the crystal attack. My advice is (and this actually workes if you do it at the right time) to jump and use blue tornato when he says CHAOS CONTROL. If you do it right, he'll shoot the cristals at you and instead of hurting you, it'll add up to your team blast bar. and when he throws 1 of eggmans ships, use knuckles 2 break it. Don't forget to get the ballons. now get out there and kick his cass!!!!!
