I don't think he does I mean their friends but they are not as close as they seem to appear yes he is a lot closer with Sora (Yaoi?) but i think he woulden't like anything to happen to her cause their friends but love i think is a little extreme and imagine all the time they missed together when Sora was on his journey and Riku was in the darkness, i mean she was just on the Island.
