Where do you find the twenty chaos in sonic heroes

there are only 7 chaos emeralds. in the following stages are the speacil stage keys. you can find keys in all of the other stages, but those are not emerald stages. the stages are: OCEAN PALLACE, POWER PLANT, BINGO HIGHWAY, BULLET STATION, LOST JUNGLE, MYSTIC MANSION, FINAL FORTRESS.
