How do you get arcues

you can get it two ways one i am not sure about, a nintindo event or you can do it the easy way with a action replay like i did You can get it with the azure flute when you have an action replay.When you get to the spear pillar it will ask you if you want to play it say yes and it will play and stairs will come out and you walk up tham and there it will be.Be carefull. hes a level 80. If you use the action replay go to the poke ball section and click on master ball so you dont have to batle him:) hey, can you get another azure flute? or arcues would be better..... so you can give it to me?;) can you give me an azure flute aswell?.....=)
