How do you get a sidequest in Digimon World 4

In order for you to get a side quest, you must first rescue all ten digi-elves on the numenume river. which is in death valley, after you beat blossomon. you must also get the boat key to activate the boat to the numenume river and then you can be able to rescue those digi-elves. After you rescue them, go to the opposite section of the call keeper (in the home server) and talk to one of those digi-elves, they will talk to you about a problem or situation they have and that is a side quest. Since there are only four of them there, the other six are on the part of the home server opposite of the card keeper (the booster pack person). NOTE: some of the digi-elves opposite of the card keeper will not have a mission or will say to come back later when you get stronger., so do just that. I'm just a kid who has this game, but I know it well... at least for the beginning parts of it!
