Were is the stumpy in maple story global

Stumpy is in east rocky mountain 5 and on the top floor. I recommend being at least LV. 35 and over to kill him. I'm a LV. 59 Dawn Warrior and can kill him in a few seconds.....
Oh yeah! There will be an announcement saying he's spawned in blue in your text box. Also, he spawns every 30-45 min.
