How do you get new maple story character

you click on somthing white (looks like a person but whole body white) click on it then choose hair eyes hair colour shirt pants and last but not least shoes then choose job pick name then press something underneath the brown thingy then double-click the person click alt to jump ctrl to fight and arrow keys to move
