Player Ranks are not on a set limit before promotion but go like this:

Private
Sergeant
Captain
Commander
General (At this rank you get some battle commands suck as 'Follow me!' or 'Hold your position!' and many others.

For weapons it goes:
Green
Veteran
Elite (Requires 32 to achieve this)
Legendary (requires 64 to achieve this level)

For Awards it goes but again are not on a set limit:
Green
Veteran
Elite
Legendary
