Does playing video games give lose eye sight

Playing video games won't make you lose your eyesight anymore than if you watch TV for the same amount of time. The only danger you have of losing your eyesight from playing video games or watching TV would be if you sat less that 2ft away from the TV at all times while you're playing, that would damage your eyes. I've been playing video games ever since I was 3 years old and i still have 20/20 vision just make sure to take a 10 minute break between every hour of play time.
