 Lugia and Ho-OhYOU FIRST NEED TO GO TO A NINTENDO EVENT!! Or, if you have a
Gameshark, or Action Replay use the code,(I don't know it!) If you
know someone who has done so, just mix records. After that just
go to the harbor in LILYCOVE or SLAPORT. You should be able to
go to NAVEL ROCK. As soon as you get there save the game. I think
up is Ho-Oh and down is Lugia. Pick carefully, 'cause I think you
can only catch one!!!!!!!!!(THERE IS NO 'BEST CHOICE')
