How do you open console on team fortress 2

Options>keyboard>advanced>'enable developer console' and then press ~
If that don't wotk then try:
Right click on the game, select properties. Select launch options and put -console in the bar, and launch the game. The console should appear.

This will not work if you have a F2P (free-To-Play) account.
