How do you get a pass on babydow with out paying

Well, you actually can't You have to call or buy your passes on the Internet
Surely you must be able to, I remember reading that you can but I don't know where, and I really want to open my own shop. I can't unless I buy one pass, but I REFUSE TO PAY BECAUSE YOU SHOULDN'T NEED TO!!! Please post here if you find out how
