How do you beat the fish boss in drawn to life

In the game Drawn to Life, the Angler King (fish boss) is found underwater. Once you see him, quickly swim to the left. Shoot starfish at him until the next section begins in which he sends out shadow fish to harm you. At this point, the boss will be swimming around, keep shooting him whenever he appears to defeat him.
