You technecially can't but you can download on you're pc more hairstyles and some of celebs to do this you go to the sims.Ea.com or whatever the sims offical site address is and sign in then go on exchange and sim then you type in the name of celeb or you can type in blone and pretty and a selection of hair styles will come up then simply download them.
