How do you fix the problem detected screen on roblox

Question person: i can log into roblox and go on a server but when i do, after about a minute the screen goes blue and says "windows has detected a problem and has had to shutdown"
and alot of other writing but it disappears in about 1 second.
plz help me fix it!!
