Where is Fort Moonmoth on Elder Scrolls 3

It is East of Balmora, can't miss it.
Exit Balmora through the south entrance. Turn east, and walk across two stone bridges. Continue East until you see a fork in the road, you want to take the one that's on your right. Follow this path, and you'll see the Fort.
