Why cant your avatar wear a bundle on imvu

Alright. Someone is being cheap, it's IMVU or that person, because some bundles you CAN wear. Believe it or not. And what I mean by cheap; heads up. When you buy it, some of it DOESN'T come with the hair, clothes, feet, all that good stuff. Because my friend bought me a bundle ( I have plenty bundles ) xD
And I STILL can't wear it. So there's your heads up... Just a good warning.
