The code is C and E. Later, after Claire is separated from Chris in Antartica, grab the green and red herbs if you need them. Make sure that you are prepared. After you get the card key (I will not explain how to do that, figure it out yourself), go to the green door you saw upon entering the room. Go in the room and go towards the wall. Use the card key. Go all the up and you will meet with Steve. The rest is up to you.
