Where is the bomb in strut E in Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of liberty

You have to go on the helipad (stairs to the east side of the room) once there you should see an harrier. crawl under one of it's wing thenequip your coolant (the bomb should be under the harrier in a little alcove)
