How do video games help develop leadership skills

Single player games not as much as multiplayer games. multiplayer games allow the players to collabate together to tackle the challenge the game or opposing players offer. usually the one familiar with the game will take charge and route his/her teammates to various locations or assign them certain task, espically first person shooters like Halo or ghost recon. pretty much how it works with real soldiers or police officers.
