When is ray part 3 coming out

Last anyone heard from the creator was over a year ago, when he posted that he was seriously cutting it down in size and would likely be 5 minutes of gameplay rather than hours as suggested by his earlier posts. He has since taken down his website at coflash.com and replaced it with the phrase "orly?". Who knows, it may never be released... :'(
