How come you cant walk through walls on clubpenguin even though you already did what it said

internet browser: internet explorer first you have to go to the town. then go to the right box next to the gift shop. then do zoom to 700. then find the top of the town. click the snow ON THE VERY TOP. then zoom back to 100. you should see yourself on the town.
