Where can you download the full version of Sonic CD

Use a torrent program like Bitlord or Bitcomet, look up "Sonic CD" in the search, and you should get two results; Doctor+Strangelove+-+Sonic+Eclipse+CD+Single+--+Ja and Sonic CD PC [USA] (NRG Format). These items could be gone by the time you get on, but torrents are usually still listed whether or not they're dead. I hope this helps you.
