How do you play NTSC games on a PAL console

Firstly you need to have a TV that has both NTSC and PAL color cding systems on it. Once you have that go to the settings of your TV and set the color system to AUTO. Then when you insert a NTSC disc it will automatically go into NTSC mode and vice versa. If you don't have an NTSC TV.
