Who is Jinpachi

Jinpachi is the father of Heihachi, grandfather of Kazuya, and the great grandfather of Jin.
Although Jinpachi was the founder of The Iron Fist Tournament, Heihachi locked him up in the Mishima Zaibatzu dojo, and when Jack 5s blew the place up, Jinpachi became free and reopened The Iron Fist Tournament with Jinpachi at the top.
Also, he was the first to receive the devil gene. Although i don't know why Heihachi didnt receive the gene.
