Can you return you Nintendo ds to the place where you bought it if its 3 weeks old and you got water on the inside of the touch screen.

Use a compressed air source. This could be one of those cans from Walmart or a compressor with a blow nozzle attachment. This is usually how I do stuff like this. Good luck.
